This is where I open my first bank account. Staff is very helpful would definitely recommend.
I always seem to have a problem at the drive thru. They are never quick here. I waited 10 minutes yesterday in the 1 lane they had open and still did not move, I had to leave and not make a simple deposit because it took so long I had to leave and get my kids, because I know inside does not move fast either, if they is a person taking up 10 minutes in the drive thru, make them go inside why does everyone else wait that has simple deposit or cash withdrawals. Thank god only my Boss banks here otherwise I would never have to go and make these deposits. I have PNC Bank and they are the best, I never have to wait in the drive thru or inside I'm always in and out quickly. It's suppose to be simple.
I love Bank of America I've been a customer for a long time but this particular Branch does not like to help you
Take for ever to deposit!!! Just one teller....
Tonight I went to deposit money into their automated ATM machine which seem to be nonfunctional every other day. I placed my debit card in, put in my pin number and deposited 10 one hundred dollar bills. The machine went into its usual cycle and spit back 9 of my bills telling me that some of my cash can not be processed. I am going to the bank on Monday to remind them that this is the same cash I withdrew from the branch a few weeks ago and when I found out I do not need it I went back to deposit it. If your argument is that one of the hundred dollar bills is fake you are the one who gave it to me in the the first place. I will not leave there until they give my hard earned money back. The ATM's at this branch are not to be trusted because I travel around town and make deposits in different branches without ever having this type of nonsense happening.
