Clean store, friendly staff and good location are the good things. Store is on the smaller size but main complaint is 15 or so tables in the cafe and only one electrical outlet!! Come on B&N, it's 2017!!
Big store. But didn't have the book I wanted . had to go to another store to get it. Realy
Awesome love it!!! ♡ There's a Starbucks here, that has Blondies which I recommend and there so good, every other Starbucks we go to they don't have them. They have literally everything here, it's PERFECT! Bathrooms are clean, great kids area, (the train station could be redone) from the last time I saw it. But literally nothing is wrong with it, definitely recommend going here!!! :-)
Upon entering they dont even great you with a hello but ignore you. Thats until you look at an item too long for their liking and come over with a snobby tone "May I HELP you?!..I walked past the staff with an ARMFULL of books to purchase and he didnt even want to look at me until i said can i please have a basket like you offered to that other (WHITE) lady! Very pushy towards their cafe, will gulit trip you and give you a smug dirty look when you dont want to purchase their membership card. I love BAN but there are all kinds of people everywhere !
Did not have the book I wanted even thou the website said it was there but I still like this bookstore no matter what.
