Teavana made a pretty store to get away with selling over priced tea and accessories. I purchased a set of tea and tea maker with a 50% discount. I thought I was getting a deal. Thought I check on Amazon for something similar and found the similar product with more tea for a lower price then the discounted from teavana. So I went to return at the store and found out that they did not take returns. I hate business that know they are selling overpriced items and make sure you keep it.
I visited the Teavana shop in Wellington mall today and was very well treated. The young man who helped me today (James) was beyond knowledgeable about the teas I requested. I did not even have to tell him that the teas requested were for health purposes, not just enjoyment. He took the time to show me multiple teas and explain what regions they came from, along with how to brew then properly. James was very much appreciated, and I will definitely be visiting the Teavana in Wellington again for his expertise.
I had a wonderful experience at Teavana. The teas were great quality and the salespeople were nice and not pushy with me or any of the customers in the store. I highly recommend this store. I just wish they had something with goji berries.
