The whole Gymbucks reward they offer for every $50 you spend you get $25. Yeah well that's just a scam to get you to come back in the store. Nothing is FREE they don't tell you this. I went in to one of the stores and spent $156.41 the cashier informed me that I earned $75 in Gymbucks. she attached it to my receipt then told me come back during reward redemption dates listed on the Gymbucks and I could redeem $75 in store. I took that as $75 to spend in store without having to buy anything. So I go back to Gymboree during the reward redemption time only to find out that I have to spend another $150 to get that $75 off my purchase. I laughed because that was a good one they didn't explain it that way. I politely put everything back and left the store. you won't get me again also they are really expensive.
I giving this store one star only because I have spent a great amount of money in the past the quality of their clothes. The store's current policy sucks big time. I am so disappointed I won't spend another penny in this store. Overpriced and the way they treat customers I'm happy that the mall now has a Carters I can get more for my money. No wonder their stores are closing.
