Michael was very helpful, knowledgeable and had great recommendations. He was a pleasant and a pleasure to work with, but after that he disappeared. We had problems with our delivered sofa and it took over 2 months to get the parts for it.

One of the pulls broke off my very nice Kevin Charles dressers last week. I've had it several years and like the set a lot. I contacted customer service and they found the part even though now its a different vendor . They told me it could take several weeks to get it which I wasn't happy about. Low and behold it arrived today. Its an exact match and came weeks earlier than I expected. Thank you customer service and City Furniture.
