Colleen is absolutely amazing! I love to always change my hair color and try new cuts . All I have to do is show her a picture and she brings my hair style to life !! It actually always even looks better than the picture. I always leave feeling so beautiful. ❤️
I've always had a amazing experience with Colleen. She understands the life of a working mother. That I love getting my hair done but don't have all day to do it. And trust me I have a lot of hair normally a very long process and unfortunately sometimes it months in between visits but she always makes me feel amazing and never makes me feel bad about not keeping up with my color or cut as some stylists do.
Kim is amazing. She turned my brassy hair to a lovely blond and with no damage. Will always come back to her
My wife went to Anthony to get her color corrected and he did a wonderful job! She was so happy! He was very professional and quick. She will be returning to him from now on.
Customer satisfaction definitely not a priority at this salon, money is. Colleen gave me a great corrective haircut from a previous salon's blunder, but also took me from a dark natural blonde to very light blonde...or at least that was the plan....after two sessions and an upwards of $450 for "balayage" I have the bottom half of my hair completely white blonde and DAMAGED...while the top half has pieces of white blonde and the rest is an unattractive and mismatched coloring of golden blonde...after the second session I was unhappy, as near my root area the color is ORANGE. Called until I reached Colleen and politely requested it be fixed. She "squeeezed me in" and slapped a total new root color on my head in five mins flat, then shoved me in a corner to process. All the while she "corrected" she lectured me about not understanding that "heat rises", so I course its natural that in balayage my hair roots would have reacted to turn that lovely shade of orange. Didn't seem to see the big deal. Had an assistant shampoo me and sent me out the door with a total wet head of hair, no apologies. Every session with her she tried to squeeze in WAY too many clients, though when she books you she lectures you to make sure you show up or give a days notice as she is booking a great chunk of time "just for you". Called salon and asked for manager or owner to speak to, never heard back. Gave up. My hair is now four months later(appointment was in august) still very damaged on bottom half despite numerous conditioning treatments, hair is numerous colors of blonde still, looks awful. Can't even get it fixed until the damage repairs more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON! Oh, and also, small side note, this salon boasts it treats its clients in a pampered way, etc...I watched others be offered champagne, etc, but apparently being only 27 and paying a ton of money as a new client only warrants me an offer of a sprite. Ridiculous all the way around.
