Fast, Efficient and friendly! Best urgent center I've been to.
It was very nice inside.. The doctor was super sweet and nice, very understanding. We came at just before closing time and they worked to send the prescription And everything. Whole place overall was fantastic and very nice! Except for my swollen eye.... :P
Dr. Rodlyne Johnson was AMAZING with my 4 years old. so nice
If I could give zero stars I would,for this particular visit.during the week I've seen doctors here and had wonderful experiences but today on a Saturday when only a nurse practitioner was available..I went in because my molar is broken exposing a nerve and I'm terrified an infection is starting.now long sorry short I've had cancer so I have limiting opening with my jaw.she walks in with an attitude right away after seeing I have a tattoo (because she looked directly at it with disapproval) and says let me see this broken tooth.. I open as far as I can pulling my cheek out she says that's it you can't open further? I said no I have atrophy.she says ok we'll I'm going to believe you that it's actually broken..uhh what? Then she says and I quote "sorry sweetheart we do not give out narcotics here." i said excuse me? I need an antibiotic before this infection makes its way to my brain I can't see my oral surgeon until Tuesday and they told me to come here.she says ok surely I can give you the antibiotics and oh here's some reading material on tooth and gum care.i said I had 9 weeks of radiation to my face I have no choice that my teeth are destroyed.AGAIN she says so sorry but we do NOT give out narcotics.i have never been so insulted in my life.she was extremely unprofessional,saw me for a max of 30 seconds before implying that I'm looking for drugs and when I told her I was just asking for antibiotics she gave me a look like "yeah I'm sure that's all you were looking for." I won't ever come here again I'm livid.
I took my 8 year old son to this location for what ended up being a dislocated finger. Everyone was friendly and area was clean. A great alternative to ER for certain and QUICK! I would return if necessary or for possible sickness or urgent care (hope we never go back!... LOL).
