I have been a client for so many years with state farm this Agent is just horrible to say the least they have messed our account up s many times it has cost us so much money they always change things on our policy without telling us and it has cost us money be very careful with this agent she is all about the money . There recent mess up is unforgiving :*(
Great Office! Very knowledgeable Staff ! More than what I expected from an insurance company. I was a referral myself and after doing business with Didi Burton's Office I can understand why my family member is so happy!
Terrible customer service. They were SUPER eager to sell me the auto policy over the phone, telling me there was no need to come into the office. Great! A few days after the first month's pay is withdrawn from my account, they start bombarding my phone will calls and voicemails saying that I need to come in to sign papers and get an inspection or my policy would be cancelled. I work 2 jobs and it was hard finding time to go see these people. Since I couldn't go in the few days after the call because of my schedule they CANCEL my policy. I went in today after finally being able to get a small window from my two jobs to see them. They had me sign a form to approve them withdrawing my payments and had asked If i had signed this...OBVIOUSLY NOT! Because they said I had no need to come in to the office when I was getting my policy. But they sure have been withdrawing payment from my account without this form signed. Unbelievable. When this policy is done I'm not returning to this office. Terrible, careless, misinforming customer service.
They don't take responsibility when they screw up...Always an excuse
I have been with this office since 2000 and with State Farm since 1989.
Didi is never available to return calls personally and then she gives out false information which caused me to spend 45 minutes on the phone with the 800 State Farm number. She also would not do the paperwork required to move me to another agent, I had to have corporate do that as well.
Any business that can not return a phone call within 24 hours is a shame!!! Especially when they email you with false information!!!
