Good Movie theater. Prices for movies are crazy outrageous. They do have refill machines which is nice. Brand new and comfortable. Aloha & SatNam!
Nice clean and very organized. The concessions went quickly so we could get into the movie. I don't like that it is attached to the mall but not a reason not to go.
Beware! If you would like to blow your eardrums out definitely go to this theatre! The volume was so loud that it was impossible to enjoy the movie. Also, you have to choose your seat while buying your tickets. Im new to this an ended up choosing seats next to people in a empty theatre. The staff will come in to make sure you are sitting in your assigned seat or they will make you and your small children move during the movie (in an empty theatre to your assigned seats). Over all, it was ok.
Everything about the theater itself was wonderful. Clean, comfortable mostly courtesy staff. Being that it was our first time we mistakenly chose seats too close to the screen and when I went to customer service to see about changing seats they told me I would have to refund my ticket then recharge. We has purchased with a Visa gift card for my sons birthday so that wasn't an option and the staff made no accommodations for the situation. The girl that was originally helping me was making an effort and mentioned the button was missing which I completely understand but then what seemed to be a manager came over and said the only way to switch seats was to refund and recharge which we couldn't do. So I paid $50 to be way to close to the screen when there were plently of open seats but she made sure to tell me we couldn't just sit in another seat.
The only downside is there aren't enough theatres. Other than that the prices are great, the seats are comfortable, lines are short free self refills on the drinks and they got booze. Plus reserved seating which you can choose in their CMX app.
