Downey Contracting has done great work for us with roof repairs. They were very considerate of our time. A great company who is honest about the work that needs to be completed and does it in a very timely fashion. We've called them serveral times for leaks in our roof and I wouldn't call anyone else!

I had several holes in a flat roof off the back of my house. We had a bad experience with a roofer after hurricane Wilma and I was frightened about being taken advantage of. I took the first 3 estimates I saw on homeadvisor. Unfortunately I did not know Dan was a contractor for homeadvisor at that time. The prices were wildly different, $4,500, $1,600 and $2,800. I contacted my neighbor's roofer(Graboski roofing) and they refused the job. They referred me to another company who said I needed a new roof ($4000). We were so frustrated we decided to reach out to you tube where Dan's honest and compelling video caught our attention. He came out immediately after my call and gave me a $950 estimate for the repair. I was stunned. He was so professional, honest, and thorough that I hired him. In one day while I was at work he and his crew took care of everything. He took step by step pictures of the work and sent them to me in a text with explanations. When I got home I had a perfect new roof and the place was cleaner than I had left it. Not a speck of dirt or debris anywhere. An outstanding job by a true and trustworthy professional. Dan is the man you need for all your roofing needs!
Dan Downey came by to analyze a water infiltration issue around several windows in our home. He advised on how to fix the issue ourselves and even gave us free materials to help. He didn't charge us a dime. He was a total gentleman and we'd definitely recommend him to others who need home improvements
