I took my dog as well as 2 of my friends dogs. The groomer came out and I explained all to her and even showed her a picture of what I wanted. I asked Colleen about Ragan and she said she had a full schedule and and wasn't able to do my dogs grooming Even though my friends 2 dogs dogs were also shaved and not groomed properly which is another story in itself, I am just going to review my dog only.

I brought my Shih Tzu mix "little Butt", in today and they were amazing!!! Her cut was exactly what I asked for. The girls at the front desk were very sweet and professional as was the groomer. Also this place is like dog heaven.
With all this unsatisfactory grooming I emailed Colleen the owner and we corresponded several times. I sent her pictures and requested my money back for my dogs lack of grooming. She stated she would give me a 20% discount on my next grooming. SERIOUSLY..... do you think I would ever step foot in your place again. I paid 68.00 for this mess. It was horrible and so bad. I would never come back there again and nor would I recommend it to anyone.
Colleen, Sara, Travis, Mike and the rest of the staff are always friendly and courteous. Have proven very knowledgeable about their products.
Too bad this site doesn't let you give negative stars. The owner and employees should put more time into educating themselves and less time trying to make everything "pretty"

Then in July 2015 i made appointment thinking I would get the same groomer. I wasn't asked and assumed it would be same groomer. WRONG!! I assumed since Ragan wrote down what blades she used that the right blade would be used by this groomer. WRONG!!
I did make a comment how short my dogs coat was when I picked her up. I should have checked her out further before leaving the store but I didn't. My mistake. When I got home and took off my dogs harness, I could then see how uneven her fur was and how awful it looks. Her hair between her eyes was shaved so close you could see her skin. Her legs were shaved as well. Her chest when I took off her harness was shaved and you could actually see her skin. Actually she did not groom her she shaved her terribly which is not what I asked for. If you know anything about grooming a labradoodle why would you shave them. ANSWER: YOU WOULDN'T. If you don't know how to groom a Labradoodle YOU DON'T allow your groomer to do so.
The first time I brought my dog to Woof gang's for grooming went real well. The groomer Ragan did a good job on my labradoodle. Ragan in fact said she wrote down the blade she used so my dog would get the same grooming next time.
