Great, Trusted Mechanic. Honest. Thorough. Great work. When they did not feel comfortable fixing something because of what it could lead to or that it could cause more issues, I felt that was part of the best available. I appreciate their integrity.
Brought car in with coolant leak. Spent $250 on new hoses and same leak was still there next day. Plus my A/C belt broke the first time I pulled out of the driveway. Brought car back to see if he would make it right. Rich insisted he had fixed the problem and then diagnosed a completely different leak which he insisted wasn't there before and required new water pump. Then gave me the most expensive of three quotes. Did nothing to make it right or even acknowledge a mistake. The man is a bad mechanic and bad crook. Will never go back!!!! Not Recommended!!!!
