We had pretty bad rust damage on the roof of our Corolla, but the guys here did an AMAZING job fixing the damage and painting the whole car for a reasonable and affordable price. The car looks absolutely brand new, as if we just drove it off the dealership lot!

Want to thank Kim for taking care of my issues regarding front end damage. She kept me abreast of the progress of work and when my truck would be ready. She was very professional in all aspects of the process. I also want to thank Tyrone for cleaning and detailing my truck afterwords. He did a great job and the truck never looked better. The whole crew did a great job on the repairs to my truck and if the need arose again, I would return to them. I would definitely recommend this Maaco shop to anyone needing body work or painting done.

I tried calling the Wellington store a few times this morning to ask if I needed an appointment for an estimate on my truck, but did not get an answer in more than an hour of calling. So i proceeded to call the West Palm Beach location and they advised me i did not need need an appointment for an estimate. I then went to the Wellington store, where the man preping the cars for paint advised me to go in the office. When I entered the office there was nobody there, so i waited... and waited... still nobody came inside. I then went back outside and asked the man if there was someone who could help me, and he then told me he would get the person to help me. A man entered the office shortly after and advised me that, Kim, who writes the estimates was not there. He called her and she said she was near the airport and would be there in 15 min. He came outside after that to attempt to look at my truck but stated he did not feel comfortable giving me a price without her. He told me i could leave my truck there while i ran to the store and I told him i would be back shortly to meet with Kim. He took pictures of my VIN number, took my name amd number and I left. 45 min later I got a call from Kim who just got to the office (luckily i did not wait there for her), and who had no idea my truck was even outside or that the gentleman took the pictures of my VIN. She was ill mannered and I chose to end the conversation and go pick up my truck to have it painted elsewhere. I have been in customer service for 15 years, worked at a body shop in the past, and my father used to own an auto body shop. The entire experience this morning was unprofessional and I will never reccomend nor return to this company again. If I could give 0 stars, i would!
