Purchased a GE washer and dryer and we were told if there are an issues we could return the product only to pay a restocking fee!! Even AFTER 30 days! So far we have received a complete run-a-round from the store level up to Customer Relations/Escalation Department!!! Managers, sales, Customer Service reps all pass the buck back to the next department!! Never purchase an appliance from JCPENNEY as they lease the name of the appliance and once it's sold they could care less about the customer!!! Buy from any other major appliance seller who WILL stand behind the product and the customer!!!
Toni, I find it doubtful that you have an “hours round trip” to have the security device remove. Perhaps don’t be so moody because the cashier couldn’t worship you this visit. People have lives and have other things going on than you. Just because your “clerk seemed distracted” doesn’t mean you have to feel personally offended and leave a one star review over this one problem. Lighten up.
