The employees were nothing but great and helpful in my experience. However, the manager at this store is a JOKE. there's an $120 price on an item, and he wants to charge a complete different amount. Also so rude and disrespectful, speaking negative of his customers like he has no sense.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! I want to take a second and thank the Store Manager, who unfortunately was so rude to not even give me his name, for making my Mother's Day horrible. Not only did he treat me like garbage over the phone but in person he did as well and did not want to give me my Mother's present making up stories to not give me what I had ALREADY PAID FOR!!! I thought I would come here and spend my hard earn money thinking since it's a well spoken about store it would have great service.. HA!! If you are looking to shop here .. Shop else where or just go to Jared they even give you beverage and great service while you wait. I know he did it because I am Hispanic, I have now learned I am not the only Hispanic he has done this to.
This store is very overpriced and unprofessional!
My girlfriend and I went in there to get her ring sized down. The guy helping her told her it would be $53 to get it done. She explained to him that on the website it said $16. He went and spoke to his manager and the manager started talking crap and being rude to his employee because he asked if they can do something for the price since it said $16 on the website. The guy came back to her stone cold and said sorry but we will not be working on your ring you need to go somewhere else and handed her the ring and walked away. Very rude and unprofessional all of them. Just turned her away for no reason. Will never go there again.
I used to work for Kay Jewelers in NYC about 8yrs ago so I have a slight view of how things should be run and this store was terrible. Ive spent thousands of dollars with kays and because I wasn't "buying" something that day I wasn't viewed as a valuable customer. Definitely going to go back to the coral springs location next time.
Store poorly run. waited over 45 minutes just to pick up a ring I had resized. Finally I was able to flag someone down only for them to look quickly and say it wasn't there. she ( older lady with short orange hair) told me to come back the next day so she can research it and she went over to another customer looking at jewelry. I waited longer to see if someone else could find it and sure enough the kind gentleman was able to locate it quickly.
So not happy with their services!
My husband and I wanted to have a diamond from a necklace placed into a ring. Mark the Manager tried to convince us that the simple plain 14 kt white gold would not hold the diamond. He kept pushing me to get the platinum setting. I applied through the Progressive-Leasing program they offer there as alternative law away and was approved but since I kept declining to purchase extra unnecessary things for my ring, he said I was denied when I was actually approved. Now the store is refusing to verify the purchase was not made. Until it's verified, I can't get my down payment of $84 returned.
