I love this Zales.
They seemed so nice while I shopped and we're very helpful until I needed information checked. I've waited a week to get the information about a ring I wanted to purchase. I was told it was a clearance item, despite not intentionally picking one out. I was told that day it could be ordered in the right size after I asked and it would be at that price by one associate, the asm even confirmed this information. Now I had to call and get in touch with them on the order just to be told they don't order items placed on clearance, which I could understand, but also I'd have to pay the original price of the item despite it being clearance.
They did call the manufacturer to check for sizing AFTER I called which is the only reason they got a 2 star rating.
Great place, clean, and great customer service.
Now that is not good customer service and that is not right to do with the customer. I think I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I went here when they open at 10am. There was no customers in the store. There were 2 employees in the store,i casually looked around for awhile. I was expecting, for someone to come up to me and ask if i need help with something. But nothing, i looked around some more and it's like they didn't even know i was there. I finally asked for help. When i show them what i was looking for, they had to order it. At first the computer wasn't working. After waited a little the computer started working. They urged me just to send it to my house, but i wanted it to come to the store because i live in a bad neighbourhood... Just bad customer service...
