Poor management is the only possible excuse for this place.
Either they get the food orders wrong or bring out sub par portions or the service is just bad.
Have been here like 20 times because the kids like all the TVs. I would say that 70% of the time there is either a problem with the food or the service.
I have too many examples to even list here.
Corporate or the company as a whole must not have high standards because this Wellington location is consistently bad.
Great service! We had a relatively small group, did not have a big bill, spent 2.5 hours of very pleasant discussion and still received excellent attention from the waitress.
So I would not recommend this location to ANYONE!!! I have been here a few times & after tonight I remember why I don't come here. So our wonderful server Mike (not good at all) decides after us being there for 2 hours asks us do we plan on staying until the end of the football game now it's about 1030 this was after him standing around us making us feel uncomfortable & make us feel like we needed to rush out of here when we were well aware of them closing at midnight. This guy proceeds to argue with me why he waited to long to come over to us after he supposedly was cut an hour after we were there. To top it off the manager was well aware of the situation & NEVER came to us asking if everything was ok but oh yeah walked passed us & NEVER acknowledged us!!! Great customer service!!! I am in customer service & would of never let a guest in my place leave unhappy if I was aware of the situation. This place needs to look into there staff as well as management.
Decent food (Only had an appetizer though). Sat at the bar for 5 minutes before the bartender noticed I was even there and throughout my visit she seemed more interested in talking to her friends than in customer service. However, she was very personable when engaged with customers.
*** We just went back there for family night. The food was subpar. I was not impressed with the new management. I am biased, due to this being one of the only locations that no longer offer kids eat free on mondays.. But they have a new rewards points, the waiter didn't even ask about it. He did his job fine, but they weren't busy and he wasn't very conversational. Also the portions were smaller. Maybe it was just an off night..
I haven't been to the other local locations, but I know that this Wellington location just sucks for some reason.
