This place is the best! I went for the first time with a few friends after a round of golf. We were all starving and Smokey Bones did not disappoint. I ordered the Texas-Style Brisket, the portion size was huge and it tasted delicious. Our waitress's name was Megan and she was great. Our drinks were always refilled on time and the food came out promptly. Will definitely be returning in the future.
Smokehouse bisque soup is very good. The meat was a little dry (sliced chicken breast, and pulled pork), but it is smoked. When you add one of the four sauces, or mix them the meat is perfect. Steamed broccoli, is always great.

I gave 1 star because there is no zero. I don't know how this place has 4.1 stars. Worst food and service I have ever had at any resteraunt I have ever been to. All the food came to our table cold. It was sent back and we were told it would be replaced. I took a bite of the side of mashed potatoes and gravy and passed it to my wife so she could try it and looked at the potatoes and there was a hair in them. They heated up the same food and returned it 5 minutes later warm/cold and we refused to eat it. We ordered a beer and a white Russian that took 30 minutes to get to us only after we asked where are drinks were. Not a very good experience and the manager did not seem to be real coerced about the situation. We did not see a smile on the face of any of the employees the whole time we were there. This place has a great lay out for a sports bar but seems very poorly run. I don't advise this place unless you are going to drink and watch football. Eat somewhere else first.
Decent BBQ for a chain but if you're really into good bbq in the area, I'd recommend McCray's Backyard BBQ over this. Nonetheless, Smokey Bones is pretty good but also pretty pricey. Had the pulled pork twice; once was really good, the other time it was really bad. Had their baby back and St. Louis ribs twice each and enjoyed them both times. I struggled between giving it 3 or 4 stars but settled on 4 because, compared to other chains, this is one of the better ones. On par with Sonny's, maybe a notch lower.
