If you’re looking for a really good knowledgeable dentist with a fantastic staff look no further. I’ve been going Dr. Zack and Brittney (hygienist) for over 2 years now and I must say I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Prior them I had not seen a dentist in years because of two things my extremely sensitive teeth and the cold unwelcoming that I’ve received from every dentist office I’ve walked into Palm Beach County. They saw my fear and understood the reason for my ultra-sensitive teeth, and a solution was given, because of the results and my experience at Premier with Brittney and Dr. Zach my whole family now goes to Premier General and Cosmetic Dentistry!
Dr Zack and staff have been caring for my dental needs for years. Most recently, needed the services of an oral surgeon to extract my wisdom tooth. Dr. Delica was wonderful. She and her dental assistant, Tina, were both gentle, kind and very informative. There was absolutely no pain, no bruising nor swelling. Highly recommend Premier Dental in Wellington.
I was looking for a new dentist. Based on the reviews ( which I think most of them must be paid) I decided to give this place a try. First of all, I had to wait two months for an appointment, no big deal. I get there 10-15 minutes past my appointment time ( pretty good to me, considering that I had to drive from Delray Beach to Wellington which takes 25 minutes, not counting a car accident and rain). Receptionist told me I had to reschedule because I was late (RUDE). Didn't even ask where I was coming from, or suggest a immediate accommodation so that I could be seen same day. That would have been the norm considering the 2 month wait period & Time off requested from work to come to a doctors appointment. Then, I called them to explain why I was so upset that I walked out, and the front desk lady, told me that I should've called. I saw no need to call because by 12:05 I was parked & looking at signs/elevator towards building. In my opinion, that office does not like to take responsibility for their lack of professionalism. I already had new patient paperwork filled out from days before. Hence, that other excuse receptionist gave me " you needed new patient paperwork filled out" does not apply to this scenario . So when I called her back , she basically didn't admit to that , just repeated the same thing "you should've called". To the lady at the front desk, perhaps customer service shouldn't be your career choice. Doctor is losing money due to your management skills.
Both my Wife and myself have been treated for several years by Dr. Zack and his team. My wife’s treatment was very complex involving extractions, root canals, multiple implants and more. All the co-ordination needed to complete this job, was handled with compassion, efficiently, and in a very professional manner. From Dr Zack, to the surgeon, to the dental assistants, to the financial and insurance coordination, to the front desk – all we can say is this is a great dental team and family. Clearly a 5 star operation. Thank you Dr. Zack and our dental family.
