Good service but entirely misleading. They told us before service that they take our insurance and that we could send them the insurance account number later. They now say that we have to pay the full amount, that they don't take ANY insurance, and that we simply misunderstood them. If you expect your insurance to cover any part of your care, don't go to this provider! And don't believe what they tell you!
I have nothing but rave reviews for this incredible dentist and staff. I was terribly abused by a dentist in my childhood and I unfortunately carry the trauma with me to this day. I fear dentists and even walking past a dental office, well, the smell and sound of a drill trigger anxiety. NOT IN THIS OFFICE! They use lasers and that means I've never had to have any novocain and the procedures are so fast due to the laser. I will follow Dr. Lopez-Belio anywhere she goes as the staff and her skills are just the best in the world. So caring and understanding of my issue with dentist. BTW: there's no smell!
I give praise and thanks for my "new" mouth to my finally-found dentist. (Since living in Florida, I've switched dentists for ten years before finding her.) Dr. Lopez-Belio attentively guided me through each step of Invisiline. I always felt confident and happy with every office visit--and there were many visits. Her pragmatic approach gave me the confidence and motivation that I was doing the best thing--both for my smile and my health. Best of all, I have proof that I made the right decision.
