Awful first visit. Dr. was meeting me for the first and no handshake. I told him I thought I either had a groin pull or a hernia. He told me that It sounded more likely a groin pull. He never examined me for a hernia nor put a hand on me for any reason. Nurse took my blood pressure and I thought it was a little high. I mentioned it and he said it was because the walls were blue. HUH! If he was kidding, it was not appropriate. We discussed my ED problem and he suggested testosterone cream. I told him that I had tried it and didn't not want to use it. He called me silly. He wanted to give me Cialis and I said I wanted to talk to a urologist first. I had to tell him twice. Bedside manner awful and he was of no help. I am forwarding this to the insurance company and the AMA. AWFUL

Stay away from this Doctor. They will not even fill blood pressure medications without forcing you to make an appointment. I have been trying to reach them for three days and have yet to talk to a live person that will make me an appointment. So now I have been without blood pressure meds for two days and can't reach the doctor. My pharmacist requested a temp fill and they denied the request. To add insult to injury, his son runs the office and when I pointed out some problems in the past; he replied with "if you do not like it, find another Doctor". I know in South Florida customer service is non existent, but this family practice tops the cake. If you are looking for a good place to go, I suggest you look Elsewhere...
