The urgent care doctor had no idea what he was doing! He didn't explain and check properly, wrote a prescription which never worked and when I consulted another doctor he told me he shouldn't have prescribed you this medication. The other doc helped us and told us to try over the counter meds and they worked great! Never coming back here again

Doctor Apicella is the absolute best doctor you could want, his staff makes you feel at home and comfortable. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to see him and when he reviews your results he has this certain way about him to make you feel at ease. He does not rush through the process and answers all of your questions in a simple understanding manor.
I was a patient of Alex's prior to her move to premier. Despite the fact that her office is about 30mins away from my job and home, she is worth the drive. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. You can tell she's is very invested in her patients. I have really bad white coat syndrome, due to some bad experiences in the past, but her down to earth personality always eases the anxiety of check ups. I had expressed interest in weight management and nutrition and she recommended Selena to me, who I love!. She's thorough in her explanations, caring, and continues to exceed my expectations in a physician. Absolutely LOVE them both, and have recommended many friends and family to them. Working in the medical field, I understand that it's very hard to get same day appointments with your doctor, so I've also seen Dr.Pankow for a sick visit. And of course another pleasant visit with a knowledgeable professional.
I see some negative reviews on here that mainly have to do with certain policies and procedures of the practice as a whole. Which are understandable. But for me, the professionalism and care I have received from the physicians outweighs any small inconvenience related to policy.
A MINOR mistake was made and after it was observed, several people got involved to make sure it was resolved to complete satisfaction. I have been going here for almost 2 years and it is evident that the staff truly cares about their patients’ health, and happiness. Thank you for taking such great extents to make sure we are happy.
