I know retail can be very tiring and it's the same routine over and over however it's extremely important to greet customers because you never know who is going to spend money, you never know if it's corporate walking around the store.

Went to Best Buy last night to purchase a new computer for my son for school. I walked in and walked to the back where the computers were displayed. My husband and I noticed two employees engaged in conversation amongst themselves. We waited about 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged us. They were so deep in conversation they even migrated to another part of the store completely leaving the computer area. At that point I had to find another employee who looked busy and I simply asked him to please assist me after he was done with his customer. He said he was not with anyone and was able to help. Once I started asking him questions about the computers he was honest and let me know he wasn't too familiar with the computers and would find someone else to help me. Less than 30 seconds later he came back with one of the employees that should have assisted in the first place.

I expected better customer service especially if I plan to purchase a high priced electronic. Few associates were available to assist with my needs/concerns. I waited at least 20 minutes for assistance. The two associates available in computers, during my visit, were diligent and effective in assessing needs of other customers. With online shopping, local stores have to be more present and available for customers.

Once I explained to Andrew what I was looking for, he was very knowledgeable about the computers, offered me current specials and helped me compare computers to find the best one that fits my needs. I purchased $1500 worth of product for just over $1000. Thank you Andrew.

My local Best Buy in Wellington, FL hasn't always been an enjoyable shopping experience, until the past few years. They are very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. If someone doesn't know the answer they find someone who does. It's pleasure to shop there. I didn't give them 5 stars because I believe everyone can improve.

It was good! A lot of employees! Great help! I think the stores is beautiful! They keep it clean! I didn't buy anything, due to the fact that the TV I wanted was out of stock... Bummer! BUT REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE!
